By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Trinity Artwork specializes in event and wedding decoration services.
Our offerings include :
- Venue styling
- Floral arrangements
- Backdrops
- Table settings
- Lighting
- And other decorative elements
Customization requests are welcome and will be accommodated based on feasibility, budget, and timeline.
3. Booking and Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the event date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods specified during the booking process.

Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of services.
4. Changes and Cancellations

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date. Requests made less than 30 days in advance may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Requests made less than 30 days in advance may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee.
5. Liabilities and Responsibilities

Trinity Artwork is committed to delivering services as agreed in the contract.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue accessibility and providing accurate event details.
6. Client Obligations

Clients must provide complete and accurate event details during consultations.

Ensure venue access for setup and dismantling as per the agreed timeline.

Approve design proposals and changes promptly to avoid delays.

Additional charges may apply for delays caused by the client.
7. Use of Media

Trinity Artwork may use photos and videos of your event for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your event featured, please inform us in writing at least 7 days before the event.
8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding created by Trinity Artwork remain the exclusive property of the company.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mediation between both parties.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bandung courts.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
11. Updates to Terms
Trinity Artwork reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
